Static seeking Temporary (Potentially Permanent) Healer AS4 Progression

Hello.

We're a progression static on Balmung currently seeking a temporary fill in healer for our AS4 progression. Our full time healer is currently MIA and we have not heard from them in some time. We do not want to out right replace them incase it's something serious, but the show must go on. So as of this time, this is only a temporary position, (permanent in worse case scenario). So if you're transferring from another server please understand that this isn't a guaranteed permanent position.

Our group is currently working on final leg going into final phase for AS4. Our raid times are MON/TUE/WED/THUR 10:30pm EST - 1am EST. (Occasional overtime is not mandatory). AS1-AS3 must be on farm.


-If your applying for the temporary position only, you can select which of those days to participate in.
-If your applying for the potential permanent position, all of those times must be available for you.


We're seeking a WHM/SCH
No AST main please. We already have one on the team. However, the more different healing roles you're comfortable with, the better.

Other things to note:

-Must be able to use both TS3 and Discord. (One is a backup incase there're issues).

-A mic is preferred but is not required. The ability to hear the rest of your teammates is a must.

-Again, AS1-3 must be on farm. We don't want to spend anymore time in there then we have to.

-Must have a general understanding of AS4's mechanics.

-You're expected to bring and use your own potions, eithers, food, ect. Come fully prepared.

-You're allowed to have multiple statics as long as you can show up to our times. We're not to bothered about 1 chests in A1-3 as everyone has just about everything they need for their mains.

-YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH STANCE DANCING DPS.

-Solid sense of humor is a bonus. We do like to kid and joke around.

-Weeks of temporariness, 1 or 2 before we switch to looking for a permanent healer if our does not return by then.


Please keep in mine, this a progression group, not a clear group. So mistakes will happen. We will not beat you with the stick of imperfection, though we do take repeated mistakes seriously. We're pretty much willing to give anyone interested a fair trial as long as they fulfill the necessary requirements. In the event this does become a permanent position for you, we will be continuing over to the new raid tiers come release of 3.2

Lastly, if you apply for the temporary position, and we later find someone to fill the permanent position. We will have to let you go. However, we will keep in touch if we require your services again in the future!
