Thread: HC, Experienced Static LF WAR for Fast 3.2 Progression

About Us
We are an experienced raid team focused on fast, efficient progression raiding. Our static consists of members from Singapore, Japan, and Australia. Members are experienced with cutting-edge progression raiding and have multiple top kills among us, including Alex Savage and SCoB Savage clears.

The ideals of the group are to be close-knit, have fun, and enjoy destroying raid content together. We have an open spot in the static, and are looking to recruit a solid Warrior, healer, or exceptional melee DPS.

Goals
Although we strive for server 1st/a high world ranking, we realize that all our members have other commitments such as work, school, etc. As a result, efficiency is key so we expect all members to be well-prepared and committed to the raid. We raid with the time that we have. Usually, this ends up being from 8PM GMT+9 (or as soon as everyone is home) for 3-5 hours, every day if possible (personal schedules permitting) during progression. We will fall back to a more relaxed schedule upon completion of the current raid content.

Although we may be described as a hardcore group, we do not raid ridiculous hours. Our overall goal is to have fun, play our jobs optimally, and clear efficiently with the time that we have. Speed kills, high DPS numbers, revisiting old content, and challenges are some things that we strive for outside of progression.


Recruitment Priority
At the moment, we are mainly recruiting an Off Tank / healer. As we are a flexible group, we are willing to consider skilled applicants in other roles as well, especially DRG or NIN. Preferences (not absolute requirements):

Vocal and confident in your role
Interested in content outside of progression raids
Possessing a min/max mindset & always looking for ways to improve
Cleared or experienced in all current raid content

We prefer that any prospective applicant is able to use voice communication. We work as a collaborative team, thus everyone's participation in discussion and strat development is essential. It is also preferred that you have a stable internet connection.


Current Plan
We would ideally like to fill out our roster ASAP, hopefully finalizing it sometime after the 3.2 date announcement at the end of January. The goal is to build synergy before 3.2 by completely optimizing and pushing for speed kills on Alex Savage and other content.

*Please note that it is not a requirement to join the FC to be in the group, however you are more than welcome to join (most of) us in Elvellon*
