just out of curiosity, when did they post this info? Thinking along the lines of whether it's an old abandoned route or something which might still be held valid, since some changes like PIE and MIND have occured.

Anyway, I think it's fairly safe to say that the battle system is starting to get stable enough to start experimenting about effects of stats and such. I was wondering about the weapon materia as well, since there are no other apparent connections to elemental damage
