Hello

Either I'm using this wrong or I'm misunderstanding the tooltip. At first i thought it meant that my first target gets hit by the first 100 potency, the rest gets hit by 200 potency. However, I noticed that the more the enemies there are, it becomes weaker, making it the weakest AoE attack on my MCH. How did that happen? Like I said, either I'm using this wrong or I didn't understand the tooltip.

I believe the 200 is distributed to remaining targets ...as in split up evenly.

The 200 potency attack that distributes to all nearby enemies also hits the one you're targeting, making it a 300 potency hit when you're hitting a lone enemy.

For that reason don't think of it just as a weak AoE skill, think of it as a powerful single attack skill (only lead shot surpasses it in raw potency against a single target).

For AoE purposes, Ricochet is the absolute worst skill. Even Circle of Scorn is better as far as damage goes. That being said, you should be using it, but Ricochet's worth is primarily single target.

Its actually a 100 and a 200 not a 300. Why this is important is that each of those hits (100 & 200) are calculated separately. So one may crit while the other may not.
