XP disable

I'd like to start heavensward at 50 and experience it as I'm assuming SE intended it to be.

Heavensward was designed for players at or above at least item level 100 for the most part. If you're just at level 50, you'll probably appreciate being at level 52 by the time you get into xpac content.
