    Only one, but you have to go to Ul'dah and let them know that the light bulb needs to be changed.

    Gridania doesn't need light, nobody goes there anyways. They are just saving power for all the people in ul'dah.

    certain lights do not work when a Lalafell is near due to their vast awesomeness.
