**Who are we?**
**Adversaire** is a medium-sized competitive Free Company on Gilgamesh with a focus on pushing high performance gameplay and self-improvement. In striving for fast clear times on a laid-back schedule, we also push our raid statistics weekly as well as individual performance. VERSA houses many competitive players who strive to be the best they can be, and not just in DPS. We are always seeking like-minded players who are also friendly towards casual or less competitive players. We do not tolerate people acting on big egos or acting in any way toxic to their peers or community. We seek to build and retain a comfortable environment where skilled players can learn from each other and still foster a balanced social community.

**Recruitment**
**Team**: *RIVALIS*, the founding static of VERSA is reforming for 3.1 farm and 3.2 progression.
**Times**: Tues-Fri, maybe +Mon. @ 7 PM PST - 10 PM PST [Target 9-15 hours per *week*] (Will push harder earlier as long as entire team is able and willing)
**Open Jobs**: Currently trials are open for 3 *long-term* positions of the following roles:

* **[DRK/PLD]** (High in demand)
* **[WAR]** (High in demand)
* **[BRD/MCH]** (High in demand)
* [AST/WHM][SCH] (Low)
LF exceptional **TANKS** in particular who understand that they are a raider, a tank, and a DPS in that order.
Exceptional applicants of any roles may be considered since some of us are flexible.

**What we're looking for...**
* Drive and ambition to be the best on a world scale
* Understand FFXIV raiding, job mechanics, min-maxing performance, to the highest level
* Have patience and understanding of what it means to progress and work as a team
* Track record of impressive gameplay, achievements, parses
* Comfortably able to cut the ego/bullshit and focus on the important things and be positive to others (No toxicity)
* *Actually* able to accept and give constructive criticism in a positive manner
* Punctual and prepared for raid (in consumables and in knowledge)
* Communicate on voice (TeamSpeak) proactively to both mingle and push progress
* Contribute positively to the reputation of the FC both externally and internally
* Enjoy FFXIV and plan to stay for the fore-seeable future (not a raid logger)
* Looking for long-term commitment for a team that intends to play together for future raid tiers
