You get 5 cookies for talking to a Suspicious NPC and 4 extra if you answer the question correctly.
Once they are talked to they dissapear and drop a basket which 3 extra cookies can be obtained.

This means that you will get a total of 12 cookies if your lucky.

There are about 3-4 scattered around town and 1 in each guild. They respawn approx every 5 minutes from the hours of 20:00 to 03:00, Night time ends at 04:00 but they never spawned after this time.

They only appear at night so.. what time does night start and end? ^^

The spawn times actually take place between 19:00 and, either, 4:00 or 5:00.

If you're near a spawn location, the imp will send out a message right at 19:00 in general chat. I know I've seen imps spawn up until 4:00 and, I'm 95% sure, I've seen them out until 5:00. Can't confirm and too lazy/tired to do so tonight.

Another quick note about imp spawn-points: There are about three different locations, around each guild/shop used in the event, that the imp could spawn in. Also, on a couple of occasions, I have seen two imps spawn almost simultaneously around the same guild. I've notice that this occurs, often enough, around the Culinary Guild.

On a personal note; I've got the first three pumpkin heads!

Now, if I didn't have to be up for work in four hours, I'd have all four.
I guess it will just give me something to do tomorrow night.

Its not hard to get them, just need to be first to talk to 11 NPC if your really bad at the questions or 8 if your good.
