To start favors you need red scrips. So, get some of those first, get fifty at least and trade them in for Red Scrip tokens (same place you get blue scrip tokens and blue scrip gear).

THEN run across to the other side of Idyllshire. That NPC will sell Favors, five per one red scrip token. It is under "Fieldcraft Items" I believe. The NPCs should be unlocked automatically after you get a gatherer/crafter to 60. You MAY have to go to Mor Dhona and pick up a quick quest, if I remember correctly.

    EDIT:
JUST KIDDING the quest is in Ishgard:

After getting one to sixty, Lydirlona will have another quest. Do that and head to Idyllshire - to Geimlona. Then you can turn in red scrips.

ohh whaoo ! thank you so much for this info. That means that to unlock those the trigger are red scripts...then I will need some times to get those...but with gears lvl 58 I will be able to.

    Thank you soooo much again.

You might want to save up those red scrips for gear and do the favors after you get fully geared up. You're only allowed 9 red per week, and a red mainhand tool requires 26, so that alone is 3 weeks worth. Then you have all the rest of the gear to upgrade, which will take quite awhile. I'm almost done gearing my botanist, third in line for red gear, and it's taken next to forever to get to this point. I'll be doing favors once he's done, but I didn't see any sense doing them sooner. Good luck.

    Understatement

I just finished getting all my gatherer's their gear couple weeks ago, only did about five favors ever. EVER.
So it's up to you, OP, if you want to get Favors or Gear. (I wanted the gear more than the favors soooo). I would suggest saving up for the mainhands, it will make it much easier to get the red scrips, but the gear is only for if you REALLY want to hit things easier and Aetherial Reduction farming with less RNG.

all I want are the gears for the time being, no gears hard to get the stuff I need. One step at a time, same as I need them for the crafters. Since I level all together all classes no exceptions, they are all close to the 60lvl, ergo why getting the gears lvl 58 wont be that much a problem, at least not that I saw with the blue scripts

For the rest I will go step by step and come back here to get the info I need as I will find myself stuck at some point (I am not good with theory for me to learn ths system I should find someone that follows me around and tell me how to do it on the field and that doesnt exist) and more then not I am on my own doing that as I do it at dead times, I can travel all Eorzea and see nobody for hours at end even hear anything on the general chat.

Thanks again all of you I appreciate really very much.

SE will probably eventually make it faster and easier to gear up. They have a design philosophy of making the leading-edge players pay way to much, doing a gentle nerf a little while after the content is added (as they did with Favor mats and Crafting collectibles), and then doing a major nerf sometime after next-level content is added to make it easier for players who join later to catch up.

That said, my MIN and BTN have been done gearing for a little while now, using a mix of scrip and crafted gear. I have the red scrip MH, hat, shirt, and gloves and gently-melded BIS crafted everywhere else. I didn't see much advantage to the red-scrip pants and shoes.

IIRC it takes 9 weeks per gathering class.
