Change size of/hide blue text pop ups?

I really really wish it were possible to hide. Or at least move out of the way. It already shows up in the chat log. (Or it can depending on how we set the chat log filters. I think it's there by default.)

In the case of gathering, it shows up in the harvesting window, the chat log, and that obnoxious blue text pop-up, as well as having a sound indicator to tell us of the failure/NQsuccess/HQsuccess result. We don't need the same info that many times, and especially don't need it covering the center of the screen.

In the case of quest advancement, that's shown in both the chat log and the quest tracker (if it's one of our tracked quests). Plus it only tells us the objective we completed or advanced, which we undoubtedly did because we already knew it was our next objective. Telling us something we already knew twice should be good enough without needing to tell us a third place what we already knew anyway.

I hate having this redundant info locked onto the most obnoxiously disruptive position possible. I don't want anything covering up the center of the screen. That's spot's for watching my character.

Please SE, add this popup area to the list of HUD elements that we can show/hide, move, and resize through the HUD Layout options.
