Progressive Static LF SCH and caster (BLM or SMN)

Hello, Cyrus Branford here.
My newly assembled group is looking for a skilled SCH and a caster to join our team. Half of the group has cleared A3S several times and the others have plenty of experience in final phase. We are a progressive static, meaning we aim to go hard for progression. Currently we raid minimum 4 days a week, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday with Monday being optional if we feel close to clearing content. Right now our aim is to push as far in Alexander (Gordias) Savage as we can before 3.2 rolls around, whereafter we intend to go full tilt into fresh content. A few things about our group:

-Everyone has been hand selected for their performance and is trusted to pull their own weight and learn fights quickly.
-We use Teamspeak 3 as our VoIP service of choice.

All applicants must have previous raid experience into or beyond A3S final phase or demonstrate substantial knowledge of the game, mechanics and their class to be considered.
