DEV Request - Please remove 15 Minutes wait time for kick

Dear DEV Team, please remove the 15 minutes wait time before we can kick/vote abandon.

I entered an Arboratorium dgn as healer. Everyone greeted each other, except the tank. No biggie, it's normal these days to not be greeted.
In the first minute we wiped, I tried to put my DoT's on the big pull the tank did (the three thrashpools) but she died. Be it due me or her idc, we wiped.

I rebuffed everyone and then nothing, she didn't move or anything, she ignored me and the other two players.

I apologized for the Wipe in different languages, thinking she wanted me to take the blame. But nothing.

None of us wanted to eat the 30 min wait time, because we didn't had that much time at the moment.

Thing is, we couldn't kick her, since we need to wait those 15 minutes. In the end we left, since she got auto kicked. And I know it's no biggie to wait those 5 minutes, but it's so dumb a person can keep you hostage.

I think it should definately be lower, but not gotten rid of, it would be abused to much by premades basically spamming roulettes until they get the one they want (vote abandon would go through 100% of the time), I would say that 10mins for vote abandon, and 5mins for kick is acceptable.

kick should also be 10 minutes. Or a 2-3 premade group would kick the unlucky member before leaving the dungeon so they don't get the penalty this way

You could have reported her for keeping the party hostage. It's a valid reason under harassment.

I did, the GM told me to post an idea on the forum, which I also did.

I honestly didn't check, one of the DPS tried, but he couldn't.
I only used it thrice, and was always mid dungeon, since i give persons enough time to prove they are worth it to stay

It's 5 mins for kick, 15 for abandon

It's a 5 min wait time before you can kick someone - if there was loot waiting to be lotted on or if you were in a battle, you can't kick either. If the DPS had kicked someone before, there's a 4 hour period before you can boot someone else. Maybe they were locked out themselves of doing it.
