housing fix

Ok so I know we now have the eviction thing in the game but I feel that wont be enough for people to get housing for personal or guild use. Now I am sure I will get a lot of flame for the suggestion I am about to mention but here it is anyways. I feel it would be good if the company added the whole only one house per account per server similar to how Ultima Online did it. Not only would it allow newer players and fcs to get housing but it would also level the playing field and possibly help the economy of the servers. You won\\'t see as many people selling a small plot for 20-30m after buying it for 5 or 6m. This would also help stop complaints about lack of housing and allow the devs to focus on more game content then have to focus on figuring out a way to help others obtain their houses.

This is my feedback and suggestion and think it is a rather good one. I am not saying to take the multiple houses SOME players have but coupled with the eviction system it would prevent people from doing what they did with the first set of housing plots to the next zones housing plots. Eviction will handle the people with multiple houses on its own. In the long haul it could eventually alleviate the server stress that housing causes OR atleast stop the whole "not enough housing" complaints. Unless this is fixed we will constantly have this issue regardless of how many zones are implemented for housing. Thanks for reading and have a good day.

This has been suggested again and again and again and again and again and again.

But technically its impossible since if you own and fc house there is no reason you should not be able to own a private one as well since all your members can. So it would have to be 1 personal, 1 fc.
