Final Fantasy XII Hunt Club in FFXIV.

Anyone familiar with FFXII's Hunt Club?


That mini game where NPCs posted Hunt marks on the billboard and if you took the job, you had to hunt that monster to receive a reward.

How well do you guys think something like that would fit in FFXIV?

It could be like this:

Every week, There will posts in the adventurer's guild for every major city. There will be multiple class of mobs/NMs posted. Something for low levels, mid levels and high levels. For each of these 3 categories, there will multiple mobs. Some that can be soloed and some that will require parties to take down. The harder the mob, the better the reward. The post will give you some background on the situation, where the mobs was last seen etc etc etc.....

Now i can't decided if these hunts can be done once for each player in the game or make it a first come first served thing. You guys decide.

They can make a hunt club guild in the game too. The club/guild could have a some kind of weekly newspaper, talking about new marks and the adventurers or groups that succeeded in last week's mark hunts. These monster would have to be really difficult and require a lot of effort to beat. Once you beat a couple of those you character could have a rank within the guild and a title... Your rank and title could give you the option of purchasing rare items from the guild and purchasing some common items at a discount.

I think it would be really nice...
