Unchained...nothing stays the same (but how do YOU use it?)

I honestly do not know what creates more hate, but I know neither Unchained nor Inner Beast specifically state that they increase enmity .

Inner beast doesn't generate any additional enmity, while Unchained doesn't specifically - it eliminates the damage penalty - which means your enmity combos are doing more damage thus increasing enmity generation.
