    Is cure worth it for Paladin?

    I have Cure for my Paladin and needless to say, its pretty shitty. It only does about 169 with each cast. With my attribute points, I might focus on VIT and STR, since improving Cure doesn't seem to add much benefit. Raise and Protect have been good to use, but should I even bother with Cure.

    Nah, Cure has never been useful on PLD. Eventually you'll get Clemency if you haven't already, which is better but still largely useless. You can also crossclass Stoneskin, which is still better than Cure.

    Cure is pretty much absolute balls for Paladin unless you're going around healing newbies at FATEs or something.

    You really shouldn't have cure, protect or raise. I guess for solo leveling they would come in handy, but they aren't what you want at all. Stone skin, Foresight, bloodbath, mercy stoke.. Well I guess you have room for one more but those 4 for sure. Though it feels like I'm forgetting something..

    ehhh protect I would advise having since it's on the same level as any other healers protect now. Handy for when a member dies in a raid or trial but your Healers are busy rasing you can just cast it. Saves them abit of MP too.

    Yea, I've been on war and drk mostly I kinda forgot how few CC skills pld has. I guess protect it is lol

    nope, doesn't scale with paladin. cure scales with mind, and magical weapon dmg which both pld doesn't get...so not worth it at all on pld as a cross-class skill.

    Cure hasn't been good since the meteor hit. If you were in a party with all paladins you could use it to trigger Divine Veil for little MP I guess.

    Stoneskin is really the only worthwhile skill from Conjuror as a Paladin (and is awesome). Protect is usually taken nowadays as a fifth "filler" skill because there's nothing else to take.

    The other 3 Cross Class skills you should have are Bloodbath, Foresight and Mercy Stroke from Marauder. Mercy Stroke is 26 Marauder so can take a while to get if you don't have any marauder levels yet, but Bloodbath and Foresights are pretty much must-haves and are really fast to get.

    In 2.0 Paladins used to use Fracture as their fifth skill, but this is a straight DPS loss to use now with the new skills in Heavensward, so most Paladins drop Fracture in favor of Protect for some occasional utility.

    I personally keep Raise on my bars just so I can use it on the people I pass who randomly died in the wilderness.

    I really wish they gave PLD a skill that echoed Str or Vit to Mnd. That would make cross class Cure worth taking.
