Can we get a cooldown for over-active Waymarker placers?

I've been running into Void Ark runs where someone thinks they're really funny by constantly plopping the ABC waymarkers all over the place... then visually it looks like someone else is fighting them to either remove them or place them somewhere else.

Can we get a cooldown on waymarker placement, like if someone's clicked on the waymarkers more than just a few times in a very short span of time? Like, say if some troll is clicks on the markers 10 times or more in the span of 30 seconds, there should be a cooldown so they can't click the waymarkers again for at least a minute.

Or if we can't have a cooldown, is there a way of seeing exactly who put the waymarker down?

This kind of nonsense is distracting and otherwise harmful in situations where waymarkers are actually needed.

It would be nice to know who is marking obvious spots like jump pads and poison drain buttons rather than positions where teams should be standing such as clockwork or knot add spawn locations.
