I'm assuming you played Seal Rock? It's essentially capture the flag. These flags have different ranks, the higher the rank, the more points it's worth (S rank>A rank> B rank). These can be distinguished on the map by their shapes- pentagon, diamon, triangle, respectively. Killing other players is part of it, but usually not the main focus as holding a flag for it's entire duration is worth more than killing others and not holding any flag.

I can't give you class specific tips as I don't play AST.

But some overall tips would be:

    -Be aware of chat
-React fast to calls given in chat
-Ressurecting people is extremely situational, and, in most cases isn't worth using
-I almost wanna say you may want to dps a bit in SR until you get into the swing of things, it can be a bit overwhelming trying to heal your party with something that isn't static while you're still learning.

Do you remember what any of these words were? I'm guessing it was probably like

pincer/sandwich- If the two other teams are engaged, this means the third team comes up behind one of them; thus they are getting attacked from both sides.
flank- to hit from the side, although a lot of people incorrectly use this synonymously with pincer
spawn- one of the three spawn points (caves, south, north)
spawn camp- sitting at another GC's spawn point and killing off players as they respawn.
cliff- can either mean the cliff next to the lighthouse, or one of 3 cliffs in the cave
    lighthouse- self explanatory
ramp- the middle cave node that is on a cliff
    beach- self explanatory
dig-node that's across from the beach node, south of the bridge node
mid-dead center node that is near the ramp node, but out of the caves
bridge- north of the dig node.
    caves- self explanatory

I'm sure others will add on to this.

Nah kills are way more important than u think and also the only way to reduce others points.

-Dont use PvE raise there is a PvP skill for that called Divine Breath
    - use your pvp skills they are all really important
    - use 3 vit accessories so u can survive melee lbs remember in pvp u are a tank
    - use blizzard and surecast to bind ppl etc.
    - priority should be to keep up fever/highs alive

There is alot more but tbh practice only practice give u the experience there arent real "tips" ^

Thank you so much guys for all the infos, i think maybe i should give it more tries no matter how many times i die, though i heard Ast are hard to kill, i am the easiest to kill in all Asts lol, i know that i should use pvp actions, but because i am not experienced i still don't know the priorities and importance of each, i will check that video XXCZX, truly appreciate your guide guys.

    PVP Actions (AST Edition)

Divine Breath: 300 second cooldown - resurrects a player at 30% HP/MP/TP, without weakness. Divine Breath is very powerful, and is the only res spell you should be using in Seal Rock. The long cooldown makes it something you'll use sparingly, but picking up another healer or a key DPS can be the difference between winning or losing.

    - Enhanced Divine Breath: Reduces cooldown to 240 seconds. Self-explanatory, but not that amazing. It's nice to have, but not a priority at all.
    - - Enhanced Divine Breath II: Increases HP/TP/MP restoration to 50%. Good if you plan on rezzing healers, where the extra mana makes a huge difference; skippable otherwise.

Focalization: 180 second cooldown - Reduces nearby party members' magic damage taken by 15% for 20 seconds. Pop this before engaging Summoners, because it has to be up before Tri-Disaster goes off. Focalization is incredibly powerful when specced into, and learning to use it right will help you survive a lot of situations which would otherwise be certain death.

    - Enhanced Focalization: Reduces cooldown to 150 seconds. Very powerful, because it lets you outrace other classes' 3 minute cooldowns. Definitely pick this up at some point, but not a priority pick.
    - - Enhanced Focalization II: Increases duration to 25 seconds. Not very good - 20 seconds is almost longer than you need to begin with.
    - - - Enhanced Focalization III: Increases damage reduction to 25%. Very good. This might be the first thing you spend on after Purify and Attunement.

Aetheric Burst: 180 second cooldown - Deals 170 potency of Magic damage to all enemies within 6 yards, reducing their skill speed by 30% for 10 seconds. This skill is deceptive: it's actually a really relevant amount of skillspeed reduction, and will save you way more than you give it credit for, especially when augmented.

    - Enhanced Aetheric Burst: Reduces cooldown to 150 seconds. There's really better places to put points, but this isn't an awful one.
    - - Enhanced Aetheric Burst II: Increases duration to 15 seconds. Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh; 10s is long enough.
    - - - Enhanced Aetheric Burst III: Increases Skill Speed reduction to 50%. This one's good! You can skip it if you'd prefer other things, but the extra Skill Speed reduction is quite potent.

Equanimity: 240 second cooldown - allows uninterrupted spellcasting while standing still. This lets you cast heals while being damaged, like a set-duration Surecast. It's not as big a deal for Astrologian thanks to Asp. Benefic and Lightspeed, but it's still very important to have available for when you need to cast Benefic II or AoE healing.

    - Enhanced Equanimity: Reduces cooldown to 180 seconds. The better of the two traits. Additional uses trump enhanced duration..
    - - Enhanced Equanimity II: Increases duration to 15 seconds. ..but you should really get both. Both are very powerful and can't really be replaced by other points.

Mana Draw: 240 second cooldown - restores 30% of your maximum Mana. This is super situational - most of the time, you won't need it, but when do, it's in a big way. Definitely something to practice using, even if the traits can wait until way later.

    - Enhanced Mana Draw: Reduces cooldown to 180 seconds. This is good as a late spend, but the potency is way more important.
    - - Enhanced Mana Draw II: Increases mana restoration to 50%. A very important ability to have, even if you don't use it most games. In the games where you need Mana Draw, you want every ounce of mana you can muster, and this helps immensely.

Purify: 120 sec cooldown - removes all debuffs on your current (friendly) target, even ones that can't normally be removed. In general, you want to hold on to it as long as possible, sitting through CC effects that aren't dangerous to you or your team. Of note, you can remove Dark Knight's Living Dead debuff with Purify, granting them another life if it's about to expire.

    - Enhanced Purify: Cooldown reduced to 90 seconds. Self-explanatory, but very strong. One of the first things you should pick up.

Attunement: 240 sec cooldown - makes you unable to move or act, but reduces damage taken and increases evasion by 90%. Attunement is your panic button if you get heavily focused; you pop it and hope the healers & tanks on your team can relieve pressure before it times out. You can click Attunement off (or use a /statusoff Attunement macro) to end the effect early.

    - Enhanced Attunement: Cooldown reduced to 180 seconds. Self-explanatory, but quite strong.

Retrogradation: 150 second cooldown: Removes a buff from and damages all enemies (80 potency), and additionally removes a debuff from and heals all allies (100 potency). Very versatile, but mostly used for the heal & AoE friendly dispel. It's possible to snipe some powerful buffs from enemies, but it's not worth saving just for that.

    - Enhanced Retrogradation: Cooldown reduced to 120 seconds. Pretty obviously good.
    - - Enhanced Retrogradation II: Increases damage potency to 100. Bad.
    - - - Enhanced Retrogradation III: Increases healing potency to 150. Pretty good! I think it's worth getting even if you prefer the dispel aspect.

BONUS STATS: +2 stat. Vit is okay, the rest are awful. Vit isn't really worth the points, either. Don't bother with these unless you're willing to spend the full 12 points on barely anything.

    - Enhanced bonus stats: +4 stat. Requires base Bonus Stats, but is additional (for +6 total).
    - - Enhanced bonus stats II: +6 Stat. Requires base and Enhanced, but is additional (for +12 total).
