i forgot my square enix account password couldnt reset password due suspicious activity, so i made new one

promotion code already registered with old account

nvm just realized i reedemed the heavensward code on my old psn account so it didnt let me play ff on my new psn account

If I'm reading you right, you have two Square Enix accounts and two PSN accounts? The PC version is on one SE account and you have the PS4 version on another Square Enix account, but that's also on the wrong PSN account as well?

I'm not even sure where you should begin trying to fix that, but you probably want this link for at least part of it (assuming you are in the EU based on your server):

That's for reporting moving the game from the new Square Enix account to the old one (I can't see them moving the old one to the new one since that came first). But you'd still need to reset your old account to get access to it. And contact them to unlink it, but then also probably have to involve Sony as well since the licence for the game is with their system (and I'm not sure they'll let you move it).

Probably best thing you can do is ring them and try and explain all this and see what they advise :S
