    I really love Final Fantasy XIV but sometimes its support team disappoints me so much

    Ehy everyone,I've been playing this game since 2013 and I've never had so much fun with a MMORPG.

    I love it,I really do thing is sometimes their support is..disappointing?

    I renewed my subscription this month and unfortunately I had a problem with my network right after I bought a month: I literally couldn't play the game for 20 days,with the sub running out.

    A similar thing happened with WoW some months ago and somehow they managed to give me back the days I missed off my subscription so today I decided to contact them...without results.

    They literally replied to me with a politely ''Nop man,I'm outta here,I don't see,I don't hear,I don't speak'' lol.

    I get it was my problem but still I find them really cold and distand with their customers.

    What do you think?. Anything similar happened to you and want to share?.

    4. BILLING PROCEDURES AND RECURRING TRANSACTIONS

    4.1 FINAL FANTASY XIV Subscription Fees. In order to access SQUARE ENIX's servers to play the Game, you must agree to a recurring subscription ("Subscription") with a minimum subscription term of 30 days, and pay a recurring subscription fee ("FFXIV Subscription Fee"). Square Enix may offer different subscription plans in its sole discretion. Further, Square Enix may offer you the chance to purchase additional features for your FFXIV Service Account, which we call "Add-ons" or "Options." Add-ons may be subject to either additional recurring fees or one-time fees. A "Recurring Fee" is a fee that will be charged on a recurring basis until you terminate your subscription. A "One-Time Fee" is fee that is only charged once. All fee rates will be posted at http://sqex.to/ffxiv.na.fees and any changes to Recurring Fee rates will be posted with 30 days' advance notice and notice will be provided to the Game community. Square Enix may change fee rates at any time in its sole discretion, and will use reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes to any Recurring Fees. All FFXIV Subscription Fees are billed in advance. All FFXIV Subscription Fees are non-refundable
    You are blaming the Support Team yet you accepted the User Agreement.

    It's like customers I deal with at work, they mess up the equipment then want to complain and get a credit for the time its been off. While it may not be your fault that you lost internet, you still signed up for it. Granted I admit I had something similar happen in a way with FF11, I thought I had cancelled my account but didn't. Ended up paying for about 4 months more after I initial stopped, never played but was my fault, but I think anyone who played knows how big a pain to sign up and/or cancel was.

    All though I do have a lot of fun with XIV I had way more fun and actually felt a connection to people on my friend list in XI then I have had on XIV.

    So you are disappointed with the FF XIV team because they won't give you a refund because you had network problems? Just how is that their fault? Why would you expect them to issue a refund for something that is not their problem?

    You should take it up with your network provider, they are the ones at fault.

    While you aren't entitled to anything, S-E isn't exactly known for their customer service either. I suggest yelling at your isp provider for a credit on your next internet bill, worked for me when Charter flagged FFXI for some stupid reason several years back.
