i196 Ninja looking for FC

Looking for an FC to join that actually does things like dungeons/raid with their members and not with just a couple of people. Every FC ive joined usually has like 5-10 main people that r always together and ignore the rest and only help others if there is a bonus involved. I feel like atm im stuck since im at a point where I wana try stuff like Alex savage, ravana ex and stuff but how things r no one wants people unless they have a clear but cant get it since no one wants to help :/

Currently I only have 1 lvl 60 (ilvl 196 ninja) but am working on a DRK atm (only lvl ~53ish)

I think <SWAN> and <RISE> are dungeon heavy! I hear they do it a lot too. :]

<LIGHT> of Eorzea is pretty active and while we don't have many higher iLVL players we always are wanting to run content with any members who ask. I know I would love to get into that stuff once I get my gear up.
