Duty finder queue time

This started last week but I am not sure whether it a bug or not. I find that I do not get to the normal queue using the duty finder. I tried this with my wife. We are using the same network at home but she can get into a raid (e.g. Void ark) but I cannot. We tested this using the same class (e.g. both using dps or both using healer). I started to queue using dps and the df status showed something like 2 dps queueing. After a few minutes, my wife joined using dps, it seems normal in the begining because my status match with hers and shown 3 dps queueing but then hers changed after a little while to 1 tank 4 healers and 10 dps. Mine stayed as 2 dps. A little while latter, her raid popped and she got into void ark. We tried again using healers, similar thing happened. And there was one try, her duty status shown 2 tanks, 6 healers & 15 dps, so I swapped to tank and joined but her duty did not pop and mine showed 1 tank 1 or 2 dps queueing, after approx a minute her duty popped and I am still queueing. The longest I waited was about an hour but there were still only a few people shown in my duty status. I was wondering why the average wait time was only a few minutes but it seems to me only a few people are doing void ark. Today I still haven't done void ark. I guess I won't be able to get a party today either. Please check what went wrong with my account. It seems I am being blacklisted by the majority, so I cannot get into party with the majority. Btw, this may not be just happening for void ark because I noticed that it takes considerably longer to queue for duty roulette expert as well, it is because my wife and I usually use healer and tank to queue and roulette expert used to pop instantly but from last week till yesterday, we had to wait for a few minutes before we get a party.
Also, I am not sure whether this is related to this issue or not. I recently will get disconnected by the game regularly (not crushed). Just disconnect to after the log-in screen (where to click start and get to the world with my character). Again my wife was playing at the same time but she never got disconnected. This only happened to my account and this happened 2 to 3 times a day for the past few days.

Please delete this thread. Didn't notice there is a bug template and figured out what the duty finder issue is. As for the disconnection issue, I will note down the details if it persist and write a new thread using the template if necessary.
