Why are low standards for dps acceptable?

I'll be honest whenever I do expert or High roulette atm as a healer or tank I always do them in premades. I started to hate doing roulettes after it became clear that most times people didn't care how they were doing.

Well the forums always told me I should use pre made parties if i hated the duty finder that much, so now I am taking that advice to heart. You can't have it both ways.

Alright guys, let's all start queing into duty finder with accessories of different main stat. It will allow me to meet the duty finder ilvl requirements AND because im allowed to by the devs. Cause logic and common sense? NAHHHH this game already defies both so might as well.

What do you mean different main stat? Everyone keeps telling me to slot MND cuz it's my main, but INT is the appropriate stat to max the damage of my Earthen Air Mage

However, on particularly challenging end-game content (such as Dusk Vigil), I'll even take out some INT for VIT. I'm working on my progression at The Aery, but my team keeps letting me down.

Totally dude, a PLD should definetly put on more MND or PIE gear for more stronger cures. Maybe then, the PLD can keep you alive in the Aery. On top of that, Your Earthen Air Mage should also put on some str dmg to boost your physical auto attack. EVEN MORE DPS@!!!!!
