Completely agree. By the way the lv 1-49 or 1 to 59 doesn't help in nothing from the class rotation. So people take lv 50 without knowing what a rotation is. And when they are new to 60, no one tells them the new rotation.
Even on youtube it's hard to found a good video that show how to play your class. People saying on dungeon ''Do you know how to play your class ?'' . Of course that they don't because no one never teach them on a polite way.

Reading, comprehension, and trying the skills as you get them goes a long way while leveling.

No one had to tell me to keep up heavy thrust, and piercing defense reduction to do as much damage as I can as a DRG. There was a help window for what combos are. The weapon skill tooltips even mention attacks do more when they were used after another specific attack. The game isn't at fault for the level 50 and 60 DRGs I had to teach the basics when I too started from 1 and didn't ask or look for someone to hold my hand. I still give them the benefit of the doubt despite it all, and not insult their intelligence; I just think they chose not to read, and would blame the game for it.

Also, this was a case of a person not pressing a button who's effect is literally 'You Do More Damage'. Is there really an excuse to not press a button that literally says this?

Not talking about Dragoon. But other class like Ninja for example. It's normally to see them using just combos and not mudras.

Yep. The first one asked for Fuma Shrkn. The one asks for Raiton. The last one asks for Doton but I'm not 100%
