Why are low standards for dps acceptable?

I just wonder did anyone of u noticed that fractal / neverreap are first lvl60 dungeons and fire4 is lvl60 skill. If that blm had pretty fresh gear I would suppose she had no practice at all yet and didnt understand how to make the best of use of enochian. I would only suggest about using fire4/bliz4 in that case, but if it was ex roulette or blm had i190+ I would do same as OP and ask "why arent u doing your job?"Why tank has to keep aggro and dps non stop and healer keep everyone alive and dps in spare time when dps can't dps?

Not to single you out specifically, I've seen a lot of this in the thread:

First, the BLM skills that you unlock from 50-60 all lead up to the level 60 skill, Fire 4. It was the first job I took to 60, and frankly I was surprised that MORE jobs didn't change completely at 60. Everything you learn prior all leads to changing your rotation, specifically single target, to utilize Fire 4. Which, of course, requires Enochian.

Secondly, people seem to be forgetting about the Aetherochemical Research Facility - which is ACTUALLY the first level 60 dungeon. In fact, it's required before you're allowed to go into Fractal in the first place.

Of course learning the new rotation was a shock. It was awful and awkward and hard. When I started using it I'd drop Enochian all the time, because it was so foreign to me. But I practiced, and researched, and improved - because that's what's expected from my chosen role, which is blowing shit up.

Err... I mean DPS.

Anyway, I went a little off the rails there - my original point was, there's specifically another level 60 dungeon that had to be done before going into Fractal.
