Chocobo Music

Hello! A lot of us actually prefer the rental Chocobo music over the personal Chocobo music and was wondering how everyone else felt about maybe swapping the music. Some of you amazing forum posters will say 'just rent one' or 'swap the .dats' or 'insert "awesome comment here"'. I just wanted to hear everyone else's opinions on this.

I peronally prefer the personal chocobo music. Meh. It's all subjective.

I love them both! But seriously, they need to fade out after a little while.. Couple more rides on my personal choco and Kiote's gonna off himself..

At first, I thought, "Wow! This sounds cool, but it'll probably get annoying after a while, like that festival music."

Only it never did. While I'd prefer to also have a peaceful chocobo theme that plays normally and only have the fanfare when I mount up during a Duty, I'm not bothered by the fanfare.

Am I the only one who wants the option of disabling the chocobo music loop? I really don't like to be "that guy", but in FFXI, the Chocobo music would loop twice or so, and then whatever was previously being played is played again. I dunno, it just seems weird listening to the chocobo music when in Mor Dhona or something.

I've only ridden a rental chocobo once so I can't say which I prefer between the two.. but at this point I really would like an option to disable the chocobo music, I hear it too often to enjoy it any longer and it's a little too.. "loud"

I like that idea as well if they could cram it into their schedule

I kind of like how my day starts with:

- Quest at Emerald Moss to kill 8 Marmots
- Mount personal chocobo for this mundane mission

Music begins and all of a sudden im on an epic adventure... it's so grand!

I love the Indiana Jones-esque feel of the Personal Chocobo's theme

When 1.19 came out, the first thing I did was rent a Chocobo. Right away I thought, "Wow, this music is horrible. I hope it's different for personal Chocobos." The thought stuck throughout the entire song. I found it to be ear-wrenchingly annoying.

I absolutely LOVE the personal Chocobo music, though.

I like both, but I think I like personal one more. Don't really mind whatever they do/change, too much of a detail to be worried about.
