I never said that's what I want, I just like/expect people to know how to play their class.

Addons will just make it clearly transparent if a tank isn't holding hate properly, a particular healer is over healing or a DPS is over DPSing.

Basically you are saying that you hope and don't mind if people don't know how to play their class ?
