its "meh" to me, cryengine does just as good if not better. I didnt say "play" or even games. I said "Graphics", not to mention this is for a year from now and looks on average with current to graphic games lol.I'd like to know what games you play "these days". Especially considering MMO graphics lag behind single player game graphics more often than not.
Further, very rarely do multiplat games use full power of new pc hardware and even rarer is that pc only games do so. The only thing making that pic worse than the screens in witcher 2 is the lack of tesselation, and that is coming post-release as well.
The graphics are incredible if they can retain the quality in that pic. Mind-blowing, nothing less.
Its on average if we pick specific titles like bf3, crysis 2 or witcher 2. It's not even close if we were seriously talking about 'average'. That's more like modern warfare 3, and that pic is way beyond mw3.
I dont know about "Way Beyond", (Restricting to current gen) bf3/crysis etc, its about on par with mw3 for all I see, and I'm a graphics whore.
But my initial point was, it certainly doesnt look non-real time lol, its not exactly CGI and would serve no purpose being pre-rendered. Dont get me wrong, it looks absolute fantastic, compared to MMO's its defiantly in top (when its out it wont be num 1 though, remember that its a year away), it is very good, and the interface is the best part for me.
