Nah it looks nothing like WoW. Thats my WoW UI below, although I have stuff hidden like my recount (damage meter), and omen (threat meter).

Anyway in most games there really not to many required addons. To play WoW you really only need deadly boss mods if you do raids and thats about it.

If anything the FFXIV UI looks a lot more advanced then WoWs.
