Oh don't get me wrong, I don't Medica II trash pulls (except the 3 pack pull after Fractal 1st boss, Furore (sp?) for days), I usually Medica II for bosses.

Most lv 60 dungeon bosses have some sort of mild AoE, so instead of using Medica I to top everybody up, its my personal opinion that spending an additional...150~200 MP(?) to use Medica II instead for that sweet sweet 50 Potency 30 seconds regen on the MT is worth it .

P/S: Just covering my bases, enmity is 99% not an issue, as I think most bosses only perform their mild AoE more than 10 seconds after the pull, which is sufficient time for the tank to establish a decent enmity lead.
