I find your standard too high ^^ Maybe let them drop a bit more ? When i'm sure there isn't going to be any deathly mechanics to come, I usually don't bother healing before 40%.
Some people freak out, of course, but well
Not saying you should let them drop overnight from 75 to 40%, that's a big step if you are not used to it, just try it gradually ?
