    Yes. You won't lose the luminous crystals if you toss the quest so you can just get some other one that you can start, collect the crystals, then abandon the quest, get the actual one you want and turn it in.

    As long as you have the Soul Without Life quest active (doesn't have to be the DRK one) you can level your DRK and collect the crystals at the same time.
