Moving house function.

So i vaguely remember SE stating they'll make a moving function(To move from one plot to another while keeping your interior design etc.)

Any idea when this is coming and if its coming before the new wards?

I recall it said it would have implemented before the new wards, however, it has not mentioned this when last time talking about the new wards.
In addition, I recall it has never mentioned "keeping anything" explicitly, It was just players' expectation.
