Guild Villages sound interesting, but I have no idea what your idea entails to be honest. I'm going to assume it's something like Residential Districts, but instanced, where guilds can expand, creating new plots of land, adding new houses, and so forth? If so, I like the sound of it. It'd help alleviate the FC housing crisis on large population servers.
