I did quite a few Leviathans to get his pony back before the drop rate increased and exactly 67 Thordans before I won the bird, but the real stand out memory for me is the time I had to do 403 fates to get one atma stone, whatever one it was that dropped from Kobolds area. The drop rate when they first came out was so abysmal I am still twitchy-eyed thinking about it right now...

Leviathan: Duo'd it with a friend for 4 days, at least 8 runs each time, before his pony finally dropped. I hate that stupid water snek.

Bismark Ex: 70 times for his bird two weeks ago. It dropped every 5-7 runs but I kept rolling under 10. I finally got it simply because the party I was with felt pity on me and despite all getting their birds (it was my bird farming party), they stayed until I got mine, finally.

O4N: 12 hours straight farming (not counting waiting for party to assemble) in order get one Shaft piece. I got really, really good at it though so there's that, I guess?

I'd farm Susano all day if I could to get his dog but a lot of the farm parties I go into can't seem to get the mechanics consistently adequate (I struggle with cloud placement when it spawns directly behind the boss). So far, I've cleared him only 10 times.

Skalla: I wish we had something that showed how many times we've gone into an instance because I swear I'm over 100 with that dungeon alone. It's to the point now that I don't even move with the first boss thanks to timing Surecast correctly. Aetherial Manipulation to tank during last boss' tail swipe and voila, done. No caster body has ever dropped. I have healer, tank, and ranged, but not caster

99 runs of Bismark Extreme for the bird. I originally decided to just get it with the totems because of how terrible my rolls were(nothing over 50). I was in a party that was farming it and everyone else had gotten a bir by my 97th totem. On the 99th totem, the bird decides to drop. So I had the bird, along with 99 useless totems(that I eventually traded in for weapons and then traded those in for Seals).

Over 15 times trying to get the Shiva horse mount. My friends were farming it for me. I was the idiot who left the instance when it dropped because I didn't notice it did. Oops.

Soloed Leviathan 32 times in one day to get the staff for my BLM's glam. Got a gorgeous new dress and ended up completely remaking said glam not two weeks later. (－‸ლ)

If cards count, then im at a couple hundred and counting on dragons neck. I used to do it 2-5 times a day, now i try a couple times a week and any time i see a PF up for it. Eventually though.

Lost a bunch of potential seals thinking keeping the other items would increase the rate, finally turned them in and it dropped the next go.
