    I'd say it took me about 30 runs each of LotA and WoD to win the healer chest pieces.

    Same. Before I got it I only saw it drop once....and that was with my friend and we had agreed to a greed-off for it (ofc it dropped in that run). I rolled a 2. RIP. That was only about a month ago, too, so still a loooong time before I even saw it.
