80 in one day because everything was dropping but an eyeguard.
Lost a bunch of potential seals thinking keeping the other items would increase the rate, finally turned them in and it dropped the next go.

Oh gosh, I spent weeks grinding Castrum Abania for Ethica. The minion dropped three times before I even saw a hint that suggested that blasted book even existed (I didn't get the minion either).
It was totally worth it though!
The current project right now: Skallic gloves of healing, the last thing I need to complete that outfit. It is going about as well as one would expect.I swear, the game can TELL.

Ethica is amazing. Perfect for SCH.Oh gosh, I spent weeks grinding Castrum Abania for Ethica. The minion dropped three times before I even saw a hint that suggested that blasted book even existed (I didn't get the minion either).

I was 1/258 on leaping Lizzy from FFXI
I don't really grind for drops, but I found it funny that you could play for two-three years in HW, and never see more than a handful of minion drops from dungeons like the Aery. They gave up and just stuck them in POTD when it came out, and that's how most people got them. For some reason they love to lock things behind what have to be 1% drop rates
Different game but over 1000 times. I stopped counting at 1000. Never did get the mount. I also don't play that game anymore.
357 for a pair of fending gauntlets in the aery

30+ runs to get the Hands, Chest, and Feet for the Dravanian Fending set from Anti-Tower.

83 runs of Sephirot for my bird. I don't think I've run a dungeon that much for anything.

I did my DRG light farm for the Anima in a single night. Roughly five hours of nonstop A1S, though I did have some runes unlocked already. For dungeon specific horrors, I spammed A9N something in the realm of 25 times because RNG just wouldn't let me win my bolt.
