BRD/MCH LF midcore static for new 3.4 raid tier (GMT+9)

Hello!
My IGN name is Aileena Chae and I'm currently playing from Korea.
After a 3-month hiatus from the game, I've decided that I want to raid in the next tier.
I raided seriously up to a7s enrage but static logistics and irl stuff caused me to take a step back from the game for a bit. I am currently i235 and have some money to buy or make the next tier raid gear in order to prep for 3.4 raid. I prefer to play bard but will play machinist if the static requires me to do so.

I would like to join a midcore/semi-HC group with following preferences:
- 3 days/wk for 2 lockouts each (pref. Mon-Wed, Sat; can do every other Thursday)
- preferably late nights (GMT+9 8~10pm onwards); open to Saturday early afternoon+evening
- a group with at least a7s clear experience
