Make FFXIV More Alt-Friendly... Please??????

doing some super tedious things on a new character to enjoy the exp boost to 80 on the new data center, like actually playing triple triad, and...
besides the super obvious "i miss all my glamours i've earned/bought, also my pets and mounts, and titles", i'm also finding............trying to collect all the triple triad cards is frustrating and idk why i hate myself so much as to do this on a new char instead of my main (i know why it's bc different friends different servers but hngfnhnhgn)

also like to point out if things were accountwide i'd be soooooooooo much more inclined to spend money on mog station
i'd buy all the little seasonal stuffs i missed even on my main, and i'd buy the new stuffs too to enjoy on my characters
but as it stands - $24 glamour for one character? is y'all crazy i am paying a sub too fck if i'm going to spend that money on one character when i'm not playing only that one character 5ever

i am begging . accountwide collections. i will spend more money if my "alts" (or new mains without abandoning friends from the old one idek) can enjoy this sht too.

I honestly do not understand why its not already a thing other than to get you to spend more money. Mounts are shared, why not glam or the dresser in general, titles from achievements.... Guess they not making enough money from the upfront charges on the retainers.

Everyone I know that makes a alt buys the summoner lvl boost anyway for the story skip and the two lvl 80 exp bonus

I just stared an alt to replay the story with, its fun but I do wish we could send Gil/spare items over via mail or somthing like that. Feels weirdly restrictive.

My #1 request is for all mogstation purchases to be account wide. Most specifically: glamour (costumes/outfits, armor), emotes, mounts, minions and Eternal Bond packages (I want that chocobo! XD). Basically anything we have to pay additional for on top of the subscription fee, I feel should apply by default to the whole account.

My #2 request is for all lodgings and teleports to be useable/interactable and accessible by all characters on a server. Mainly specifically for houses, with apartments and FC rooms as icing on the cake!

This. I like the idea of buying some of the store glams but I find it really hard to justify spending $18 for a cosmetic that I can only use on one character when $6 more will get me a cool mount that applies to all my characters.

It's the principle of the matter.

The easiest way "Was" to not allow players to play EVERY job on one character.

I never understood that in XIV, but did in XI.

XI is my favorite game of all-time, but it is VERY generic. XIV has more races, more customization, etc.......

I understand the narrative, the players are the HERO.

Ironically, playing one job per character is the easiest way to reach max level........probably what I should do being I had XIV since 2014, and have not made it past the 1st expansion yet.........

Gonna create a Roe named Big Wyrm, and just plow through the main scenario on a new server with the exp boost.

we really need reputation to be based on account rather than characters, too. and i don't mean to grind out on multiple characters; just have the quest allowances based on the acct, too, so people can't abuse it. but seriously q.q... maxing out reputation for 4305034 years on all the beast tribes but the newest ones bc you haven't been playing...but then going to a new character and it's all........nothing.........
