Dungeon: Great Gubal Library, I main a sch and love the library theme and the music is great as well.
Trial: Shiva Extreme, love the battle and the music in the 2nd phase is awesome.
Raid: I have a limited pool to choose from, I have not done some of the older raids. Crystal Tower, use to love that place. Soo hard to get into it now with the long wait times.

Turn 12 in Coil. Amazing music (that eerie Answers mix), unique mechanics (it wasn't JUST a damage check or survival check), nostalgic, incredible environment (the dreadwyrm looming ominously over you), fun story, bittersweet ending...
That fight had everything.

The Vault. Beautifully designed (especially the Inner Sanctum), fun boss fights, good music, great atmosphere - I love the hushed, serious tone the place has that really sets it apart from other typical dungeon runs, and adds to the feeling that something big/ game-changing is going to happen.
Shiva is my favourite trial for the same reasons, as well as the cutscene before the fight (one of my favourites in the game) and of course, Diamond Dust.
Actually? Aurum Vale.
I tank primarily. I've watched my roommate heal people who don't know how to tank that place, and I've heard horror stories of wipe after wipe. But for me, as a tank, it really forces me to step up my game. And if I do everything right and I really jive with the healer, it can actually be a really fun instance.
The Aery is actually a lot of fun, too. I'll admit the last boss felt a little weird from a story perspective, but it is easily the most enjoyable dragon-style fight I've ever encountered. The other bosses, mechanics, and even the gauntlet at the end are really fun to play through.
Close third is Stone Vigil. As much as that place used to horrify me, I actually really enjoy it now that I know what I'm doing in there.
Honorable mentions: The Vault, Great Gubal Library, Pharos Sirius (HM).

I'll cheat by classing an entire raid as a run, and say SCoB.
Otherwise, I'd say Aetherochemical Research Facility, I enjoyed that a lot, the second boss (I think) was pretty great doing all them mode changes.

Haukke Manor.

I'll get flack for this but I would say Step of Faith was another favorite because I like the concept of needing area mechanics to win. Once people understood how it worked it was a fun change of pace.
The 'Keeper of the lake' was that time my favorite. Good for farming Poetics, nice music, and very much fun end game. Also loved 'World of Darkness' for it's fun 24P play, and where Angra Mainyu always steered up the raid.
At the moment l favor 'The Aery', and especially 'Saint Mocianne's Arboretum' for it's beautiful piano play.
1. Titan X
2. Shiva X
3. World of Darkness
