I pay in Euros and everything pretty much equals the same amount as the USD price tag for things. It is slightly more expensive then the USD payment, but it isn't that much more imo.
I wish I didn't have to pay in Euros, but that's just how it is :/. You can get the Entry level Subscription OP and you will pay less. I have Entry level plus three retainers and it's the same price as a regular pay to play MMORPG .
