Starlight Comic Strip Contest - I don't think I was included

Hello, I participated in the Starlight Comic Strip Contest event a few weeks ago, unfortunately I logged in on the 20th to have a read of the 'winners' and my name was not there. Under normal circumstances I would have no problem with this but under further inspection, it seems I was the only player to enter who was not included in the runners-up section (as 99 people entered and 120 prizes were to be given) I feel a little left out as I believe I was the only 'loser' (or from an optimistic view, 'non-winner') Support suggested for me to try to contact 'Melchly', a community manager, to try to get some answers to this query, but there is no PM function on here, and I felt this was the most relevant forum to post in.

Sorry I don't like complaining but I can't think of why my entry would be unaccounted for, as I followed the rules correctly, but it was literally just me that didn't get included. My original entry can be found on the last page of 'Starlight Comic Strip Contest Entry (EU) - Entry Thread. (unable to link because on PS4 browser, sorry!) Thanks for reading my issue.

Looked at your entry and I believe you are correct. You seem to fit all requirement and they don't show a lot of entries. I'd just send an email to the account that posted the winner and ask for input. Might just be an oversight

I don't see any option to email though, which is the problem. When I go onto Melchly's profile theres no option to email.

The in-game support have responded to me saying I have been disqualified for 'photoshopping a Lalafell into one of my images'?? Uhh what? Really? Why would I do that? It was a random Lala in Idyllshire... He randomly jusped into my screenshot. It was NOT edited in.. Is there anyway I can prove my innocence? I can show screenshots of the raw image taken on my ps4? I understand that it may look edited due to the light, but it really isn't, I have been unfairly disqualified and would like to take this further if possible. It's very unfair because one of the winners has clearly photoshopped a crag heart into their screenshot and have not been disqualified.

After evaluating it again, we can not exclude that this may be due to perspective and cropping of the screenshot. Could you please reply with a link to the full, unedited screenshot?
We would like to evaluate the raw image and get back to you on this.

I took the screenshot a few times just to make sure I got a good selection.

I understand why you have your suspicions, I think it's just maybe the shade in the background against the light of the Lalafell. But honestly, I wouldn't be going this far with this if I broke the rules, it's just that if I didn't do wrong, of course I'm going to defend my case. But thank you for looking into this for me.
