Dunno about lore stand point but if it were my stand point,Drk have about 30% win rate.Drk needs to finish the fight as fast as possible because he has limited mp.Also Drk can't just charge-in since War has better offensive,all Drk can do is go defensive and wait patiently for big swing such as Buther Block by Blocking 1-2 attack then counter with Dark Art + Carve and Spit while War do the 3rd overhead swing.

Since this is based on what if in RL damage output and numbers don't exist then.

I think it all falls down to who has the most control, both DRK and WAR have this great power but also requires great control to use.
