    lol I should have put oGCD or something, I don't know the term people use for off cool downs.

    Anyways, there is a multitude of options that the devs can do to change the pace of the game. They can compact skills back to 1.0 rotations (1-> oCD-> 2, etc.) and this would be perfectly fine since animations fit within the cooldown timers. The other option is that they can allow animation cancelling to be faster so "experienced" players don't have to wait a whole second just to proc another CD for another attack. Or they can even just lower CDs altogether. OR they can get rid of the TP system. I play every class in the game and believe me, even as monk and ninja I find myself sometimes waiting a whole second just for an animation to end or the god killing time of waiting between GCDs.

    Also please don't say this game wasn't meant for fast gameplay or whatever, that concept changed when 3.0 introduced a whole new set of skills. If devs wanted to keep the slow and "casual" standard of 1 -> oCD -> 2, then they would not have included additional oCDs in rotations, this makes it clunky and awkward having to mash 2 oCDS at once in order to proc a proper rotation.

    I too, am for the speeding up of ground movement but this would make casuals freak out because everything is too fast for their brains. Also I recall yoshi saying that it was to enjoy the map and graphics of the game, which is a decent point.
