Make the gameplay faster with OCDs

Bard has a scary amount of Off Cooldown skills and has hard time pressing them because of his damn song.

Honestly we dont need faster movement speed. Try endgame raiding and extreme primals. The reaction times get a bit thoughter making the movement speed fine. Also at the moment we have a skill called dodging before dodging the aoe(optimizing), really noticiable in endgame mechanisms aswell(where if u dodge too late u die, if too soon u loss dps and may hit enrage)


Only reason I even complained for buffs is cuz they have no reuse time but in truth you can only use one every second or so. It makes keeping enochian harder for my class xD and also doesn't allow me to do things such as pop 3 bufs in a row. Then again I can 3 if under let lines. But 4... No way. And there's the dps loss too. Every second counts xD.

Actually what I said above probably affects every class xD. Bet I'm not the only who finds that bit annoying.

I don't like the idea of faster stuff, just need a way to make the bard's opener less of a chore, i 'mean we have 4 OCDs buff (and Battle Voice) and don't forget the bloodletter.... ugh.
And i have another problem, for some reason when i use OCDs stuff, sometimes the next cast get interrupted, wich is not only annoying, but decreases my dps (damn WM)
