If you can remove it, all the better. But you aren't (shouldn't) be expected to remove it 100% of the time. You have priorities as a healer and pacification from berserk is pretty low on that list.

A Warrior tank I had in the arboretum was fussy at me for not removing pacification despite him having an accurate macro.

"Do you even know what (Berserk) is?"

This was a great example, one of the DPS in this group had two stacks of poison on him. What do you do? Remove the tank's 6 second pacification, or give the DPS poisoned the antidote of Esuna/Leeches/Exalted Detriment or a nice regen to keep him/her up? I think the choice is obvious. This tank was cool and all about it after a short brief on the situation and why healers don't opt to remove pacification all the time despite constantly being told to with <se.5> and whatnot.

I removed his pacification a few times after that, but kind of stopped doing it halfway through so I could gravity spam. Efficiency>tank QoL right? >.>
