What DoH Should I Level Next?

So! I'm looking for a DoH or DoL class to work on next. I have plans to eventually get them all up to at least 50, but as I'm fairly casual, I'm taking my time about it. Right now, I've got MIN and BSM to 60 (and have finally broken through the progression ceiling to where I'll actually be able to start crafting better gear and gathering better mats), ARM to 52, and CRP to 50, with the others hovering down around 15 for their first-tier cross-class skills.

My question is, of the remaining professions, which are most likely to have parity with BSM and ARM (where I'm putting my soulstones - third TBD), and which should I level? I was thinking of working on either LTW or GSM next, though part of me feels like CUL might be worth it (despite how much of a chore it felt like getting to 15).

    CUL 37 - Steady Hand 2
    ALC 50 - Comfort Zone
WVR 50 - Careful Synthesis 2 (also picking up Flawless Synthesis at 37)
    GSM 50 - Innovation
CUL 50 - Reclaim (I've never used, but some swear by it)
    LTW 50

That's if you intend to level them up individually, something that having the three you already do at 50+ suggests. Where you want to put the specialist stones is up to you, I am not going to make any sort of recommendation regarding those.

I would eventually like to get them all up, yes, and for that, this is super helpful!

I'm also looking to find out from a recipes perspective which classes would be the most beneficial. I know a lot of BSM and ARM recipes call for lumber, leather, gems, and Alchemy mats, but I'm not sure which would be the most beneficial for me to have at 60 next.

For cross-class skills I'd say do CUL next. Steady Hand 2 is a core skill for endgame crafting - it makes Hasty Touch based rotations run a lot more smoothly than basic Steady Hand does and it makes Basic/Precise Touch have 100% success.
For mats support, GSM and LTW are both reasonable options, but I'd say take a look at the things you're trying to make. Are you willing to buy into the mats that are made by classes you don't have leveled, and how expensive are those mats? For specialist recipes in particular, ARM's sky pirate stuff tends to use leather; for crafting gear progression, I think you need GSM endgame stuff a little more than LTW.

Generally keeping them all about the same level helps in terms of being able to make the cross discipline mats. I'd probably success leveling all in parallel rather than focusing on just one at a time.

None of them would provide a significant benefit for being 60 than any others. Get them to 50 first, then level them all up fairly equally. The materials inter-dependency increases when you go into HW recipes. Before that, though, you will want the cross class skills (15, 37, 50) that you lack.
