    lore change for Wanderer's Minuet

    I feel like Wanderer's Minuet is flawed logically.
    The effect would make more sence if instead of a song, it was something related to the strings on the bow. Call it increased tension.
    With the strings tighter, a "charge" time as opposed to a "cast" time would be more logical.
    Long story short, keep it the same, change the name.
