Attic (or Cellar): The Furniture Armoire

I was fortunate and able to buy a private cottage back in December, and I'm in the process of furnishing it. I love that there are so many options. However, I already find myself slightly disgruntled that some decorations are just going to add to my already-too-full retainer inventories when I don't want them up. I know there's the calamity salvager, and some people use their FC room for indoor-furniture-only storage, but I got to thinking:

What if housing had an "Attic" option (either automatically or as an interior object to add) that worked like the armoire, and could store all of the furnishings that you don't want out? Or even a cellar? Maybe it's restricted to items that have been "bound" through being placed. It'd be nice to have some separate, non-retainer based storage for those housing items.

Just a thought, probably not an original one. Also, I know, likely responses include "server limitations," "they already won't give us more armory chest space," etc. Just dreaming.

If it's not an original thought it just means you're not the only one who wants it. I'd make so much use of this.
