wen elysium and others were doing it they were i180ish looking at how savage got implemented 2 weeks after alexander normal release

but in china got implemented 4 weeks after alexander normal which is 1 week before they become full i190

not to mention they went through 3 melee + MCH which buffed their DPS by alot

including they are playing in JPN server and killed all the fights already so they know already the strats and the jobs and the fights

if not for the strict DPS checks im pretty sure they would have downed it day 1

so dont talk about something you have no idea about as they shaved all the time elysium and other groups took to learn mechanics and just completely focusing on passing dps checks

i cant easily go learn A4S with my static and kill it for months

then we do alts statics and down it again as lower ilvl pretty easy and will say thats our 1st clear lol

no they aren't. Just like other superb runs like the 8-warrior ravana Ex don't put regular runs to shame.

I would be in awe if China had no means to use the internet and the ability to mantain nisi and clear.

It is actually quite rude to say that this puts other clears to shame; the China players skipped the entire learning process of the fight whilst never even considering the nisi strat. Teams that first went into A4S made it to Royal Pentacle just to find out they needed nisi causing them to pretty much relearn the 4th leg and from then on making the rest of the encounter a living hell for weeks.

Chinese players had MONTHS in advance to prepare for this fight. For you to say that the World 1st-3rd kills were put to shame is downright Disrespectful. World 1st and 3rd did the fight correctly which is signficantly harder than the cheese strat. While the World 2nd group invented the strat that saw many clears days after videos were released.

Also please realize that going into alex savage players were in i180 gear with very few i190pieces. A3S was practically cleared in i180gear. And iirc, the DPS requirement for A4S is lower than A3S according to elysium.

I suppose i should explain how loot drops work before you go on about how players were i205+. So 2 chest drop(2 gear pieces) per floor that contain RANDOM items. Meaning, some members in the party are lucky or unlucky. People tend to check the highest ilevel member in the party and say something like "That group cleared it with 200+ gear!" When in reality maybe 1 or 2(3 for non-duplicate luck) are even near that proclaimed ilevel. Meanwhile, the other 6 members are sitting at 193ish or even ~i190 wondering why RNGesus has forsaken them.

I'm not denying China's skill, but give credit where credit is due.

Putting to shame? They had prior experience on the Japanese servers, so how exactly does that put the other clears to shame? The ones that did it for the first time are much more impressive then this. Sure its 4 days on the Chinese server but your ignorant to the fact everyone keeps saying they had months of prior clears.

Its not a fresh raid completely new to the game.

Does that make the fight, or that matter any fight ? easy ? no...what does it matter IF they made ? ..the important is..what YOU achieved not what THEY achieved

Take pride in what you do, have been done or achieved and recognize merits where its due without being jealous or be angry because your ego has been hurt...how silly this land can be

Its hard when others are like hey guess what your people on ur server took months, these guys took 4 days you all suck get gud kind of attitude....Does it really matter how fast someone does content? No, does it matter how well they do said content yes...the thread title is misleading and that is what bothers me.
